Log Cabin Republicans Executive Director Rich Tafel will debate anti-gay leader Gary Bauer on PBS's Jim Lehrer News Hour on Wednesday, July 21. Check your local listings. The panel discussion on the recent spate of gay-bashing in politics, including the Hefley Amendment, will be joined by Elizabeth Birch of the Human Rights Campaign and Congressman Steve Largent (R-OK).

Earlier in the day, Tafel will join a panel discussion on the same topic on the Diane Rehm Show on National Public Radio, which will include Richard Berke of the New York Times, GOP pollster Ed Goeas and Carmen Pate of Concerned Women for America. Check your local radio listings.
