Georgia Log Cabin Republicans Endorses Matthew Charles Cardinale for Atlanta City Council - District 3

Atlanta, GA - The Georgia Log Cabin Republicans are proud to endorse Matthew Charles Cardinale [I] for Atlanta, Georgia City Council District 3 - Special Election for the seat previously held by the late Councilman Ivory Lee Young, Jr.

Matthew Charles Cardinale is the only candidate in the race who has the experience, leadership skills, and past experience holding those in power accountable. We support and applaud his admirable battle and victory to be placed on the special election ballot.

We believe that Mr. Cardinale is the only candidate who will hold Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and her administration accountable. During the current times of Atlanta City Hall corruption, nonstop federal investigations, and indictments on the horizon, it's important to elect a candidate who's not merely another rubber stamp for Mayor Bottoms and who truly supports government transparency and accountability.

One of the most important reasons to elect Matthew Charles Cardinale to the Atlanta City Council is that we're absent of any gay representation on the Atlanta City Council who can address the unique issues affecting our community. Even though this city council seat only represents Atlanta's 3rd district, this important election represents Atlanta's entire gay community.
